Beverly Nation, President of Benjamin Vine, comes from a family of investors, builders, and developers. Real estate is her passion and wheel-house.

In 2005, Beverly began her real estate career as an investor, building a portfolio of rental homes.

Then from 2015-2018, Beverly served as an REO specialist clearing title and coordinating closings for bank-owned properties across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. 

In 2024, Beverly earned commercial property inspection certifications from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Mortgage Bankers Association. She most recently trained on "GREEN" inspections.

Having completed over 100 commercial and residential inspections for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and national lenders, Beverly knows how to find defiencies that affect valuations and loan approval. 

Beverly is also a Missouri licensed real estate agent brokered by eXp Realty LLC, the largest global real estate brokerage.
